Delivery
Next Day delivery is used as Standard but is subject to stock availability and workload please allow 1-3 days from placement of  order and Guaranteed Timed Delivery services are available upon request (UK Mainland Only).

 

Returns

If you have ordered Goods as a consumer (as defined by the Distance Selling Regulations 2000), you may cancel the Order in writing at any time within seven days of receiving the Goods without any liability to us, except any direct cost incurred by us in relation to the goods being returned and we will refund to you any part of the price of the goods that we have received, provided that the goods have not been specifically tailored to your specifications, or personalised, or  the goods by their very nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate, and provided that you return  the goods to us subject to the following conditions:

a) You must send the goods to us promptly and at your own cost & risk.

b) Goods & packaging must not be damaged in any way (save, in relation to packaging, for reasonable wear & tear.)

c) The goods must not have been personalised by us for yourselves or by yourselves for your own use.

 

Damaged Goods & Claims

Any shortage or damage must be reported in writing to the seller, and in turn the carrier, within three days of receipt of the goods, otherwise claims cannot be considered.
